Does anyone have anecdotes on what disgraced pastors do for a living once they resign?

What do they do for work?

    ANY stories?
    Any commonalities?

So what does tis list of scoundrels tell us about humanity in general?

I find Peter Popoff to be particularly heinous. The man (exposed by a magician, the Amazing Randy, BTW) is just a complete and total fraud, who takes innocent and gullible people’s money.

These guys remind me of the various internet threads where people debate whether magicians can actually do real magic.

I ask because first I’m curious as to any things that they “usually” do, other than the ministry.

For those that get fired and/or fail morally.

I’m not including the MANY missionaries, campus ministers, youth pastors and others than can’t afford to continue in ministry. I’ve met many of them who sell car and other products.

Babylon Dread’s story on Ted Haggard actually pointed out the challenges for someone to transition.

As the discussion here (partially) focuses on ministers not leaving ministry work, theres got to be an alternative or a plan…
