A Word From Nagmeh Abedini
Writing letters to Saeed in prison is a great way to let the Iranian government know that there are many who are concerned about him and it helps keep him alive and treated better at the prison. Here is the address to Rajaei Shahr prison. Please join me in writing letters to him. It should cost $1.10 for postage. You can share scripture and about Jesus as long as you are not attacking Islam or the Iranian government.

Thank you for posting this!!! This idea ‘feels like’ it would be more effective than ‘just’ posting pics on Facebook. Thank you and may the Lord have mercy on Saeed and his wife and family.
Paige,
It is good to be able to do something “practical”.
I will mobilize my church to write this weekend.
Knowing human nature, I bet if we slipped in a little $$ into those envelopes as a thank you to the guards for treating him well…that it would make a positive difference.
BD,
This may be the campaign we all mobilize for…
Thanks for posting this, praying and passing this on!!
The kids and I prayed daily for him as we started our school day…they know him by sight and name. I will have them write to him as well.
Sarah,
I thought this was right up your alley. 🙂
Great! I agree Paigemom
I will be writing one this weekend.
Yes, thanks for sharing this Michael
I was really sad that they took him out of the hospital and sent him back to that pit. Jay Sekulow usually gives me a migraine but he is totally correct on this one and he has really kept up the pressure. So do we, it is a rather pitiful offering but I carved out several hours this weekend to write letters to each of my senators, city officials, State and federal reps etc. I think the city and state focus can also have a real push as it puts the rep closer to the local community and can create a ground swell.
The lack of care on the part of this administration is appalling. Of course, this is the same administration that abandoned our ambassadors in Benghazi. And so deliverance will be from the Lord.
I have written about Saeed on my blog. We pray for him and his family everyday. I often pray that God would have His Angel open the doors and lead him out even as He did for Peter.
This is an excellent idea. God bless you all, and God bless Pastor Saeed and his family.
So, can you just put three US stamps on the envelope and mail it? I can’t find anything specific about international mail to Iran. Help anyone?
