Michael,
Thank you for your courageous presence here. I know it’s cost you dearly, but that you continue because you are compelled to do the will of God in a time when not many online or elsewhere are. May your tribe increase.
HNY all–I appreciate this site and all those who contribute. It’s been a tough year just completed and the outlook is for more of the same. I am reminded that hope doesn’t come from without but from within, and He who has begun a good work in me/us will continue…
Last night, sometime after 3AM, a loud wind woke me. I looked out the bedroom window to see a snow squall blanketing everything in swirling white. The same wind that blew this squall in would quickly blow it out within a few hours, leaving a little light snow on the ground and remnants of the wind. I thought of the old year being blown out with the squall, and the new year pulled into the vacuum, and all the comings and goings wrapped in the mystery of time and existence. And I thought,
Happy New Year
Happy New Year to you and Trey! May 2026 be the best one of your lives!
Happy New Year, Robert F!
Happy New Year, Phil…may you be blessed in all things!
