Ericka Kirk says that the anti-ICE protests are “demonic.”
This would explain why my pants don’t fit…there’s no place for my tail.
She made this statement while kicking off the “Make Heaven Crowded Tour” with Greg Laurie.
If the objective is to fill heaven with people like Kirk and Laurie, I’m making reservations in hell.
Their heaven is only going to be populated with people who share their political and social views and are predominately, white.
The music is going to suck.
The only crowding that will occur as a result of this tour is in the headliners bank accounts.
It may divert some attention from Greg’s Romania problem as well…

I’ll talk a bit about those lawsuits…
What happens in these cases is that professional investigators with a budget get involved…not just some guy in Oregon with a Mac and a bad attitude.
Those investigators find things that aren’t related to the main investigation…
Discovery is going to be a hoot…my guess is that Laurie comes to a settlement.

Yeah, I figured from the beginning that this will all end with Laurie/Harvest paying a settlement where they won’t have to publicly admit to any wrongdoing.
The more dirt the investigators dig up, the more victims that come forward, the more they’re going to have to pay. They’ve got the money. Greg might just have to give up the money he was going to put towards his next movie.
Laurie will use others hard earned and donated money to settle the fallout costs of covering the sin of the hands on literature and the costs of his sin in refusing to bring justice to those the Lord holds dear.
Laurie’s settlement comes at the age when he has to settle his accounts of his works with the Lord.
It’s pathetic to continue to watch the myriad of ways that Greg begs.

If he is smart, he’ll settle. However, I wonder if that gives him any room to repent of any complicity on his part. Sometimes the “smart” thing is not the godly thing.

It was good to see Trump get humiliated by European leaders on the world stage at Davos. Whatever they did, they need to keep doing it. They finally found their backbones.
The ICE protests are the opposite of demonic. The protestors are embodying the “better angels of our nature.”
Aside from when I was a child during the Civil Right Movement, I’ve never seen Americans put themselves in the way of state violence day after day to protect others from harm as I’m seeing it now in these protests. It reminds me of something Camus wrote: “There are more things to admire in men than to despise.”
First of all, Michael, I want to thank you profusely for apprising us of these abhorrent remarks from Mrs K as quickly as possible. In my mind, it erases any credits she may have accrued for dramatically proclaiming that she “forgave” her husbands murderer. Not that I gave her any. My spiritual hypocrisy detector was programmed decades ago to automatically kick in whenever somebody makes it a point to declare that they “forgive” or “don’t hate” someone who opposes them.

Someone was shot to death by ICE in Minneapolis again today. I have not seen the video; I’m afraid to watch it. The sources I’ve read on social media, some of which I trust more than the legacy media or the mainstream Trump media, and far more than the statements of the DOJ or DHS, have said the person, who was lying on the ground at the time,was shot multiple times by ICE and are calling it an execution-style killing, worse in its flagrancy than that of Renee Good.
Abolish ICE, and the DHS.

Trump is making the U.S. weaker; but he is making much of the rest of the world stronger, and that’s a good thing.
ICE should be abolished because it operates outside the constraints and accountability of normal law enforcement; and qualified immunity should be abolished for all police officers, whether federal, state, or local, because it renders summary execution by law enforcement indistinguishable from justifiable homicide.
I wouldn’t be surprised if ICE were responsible for the majority of homicides in Minneapolis so far this year.
The video referred to does, indeed, look like an execution. Eight or so ICE agents had a person under their gang pile and were actively punching and beating him when one fired killing him. It was reckless, dangerous to the other ICE agents and obviously fatal to the person. ICE is claiming he had a gun and ammo on his person, but no evidence he was threatening anyone. Blow-vino is supposedly going to make a statement soon–one can count on it being propaganda and spin, blaming the victim.
I am so angry with our horrible executive administration.
I just saw video of one ICE quickly stepping away from the scene of the incident in the Minneapolis ICE killing today ; the ICE who stepped away first has a gun in his right hand; then the rest of the ICE scramble back from the man they were attacking, and he starts to get up from his knees, at which point another ICE shoots him, perhaps multiple times, and he falls forward prone on the sidewalk. Robert F, the US got weak enough in the last 20 years that Trump could even consider running is more how I think of it. The US has been declining for a generation or so. Pax Americana was dealt a formal blow by 9/11/01 but the policy reactions in the wake of that (foreign and domestic) consolidated the demise of Pax Americana. I think that Trump reveals how inescapable that decline is. With someone like Obama or Biden it was possible to keep up appearances (and under W) but by now the real demise of the US as the global hyperpower can’t be ignored.
Since most of the Hal Lindsey fans have been dying off that version of futurist dispensationalist Rapture Ready eschatology can be pretty conveniently sloughed off to make room for some version of it where America is still presumed to be God’s instrument for End Times glory rather than concede the more obvious possibility that the United States is the latest variation of the Beast, part of Babylon the Great. “Who is like the Beast?” can be red-state and blue-state American exceptionalism.
Greg Laurie, too? It’s as though the list of high profile guys Mark Driscoll has called “my friend” who get in trouble isn’t going to end until they’re all getting eulogies.

You have to wonder why the first ICE ran off with a gun in his hand before the other ICEs jumped up and stepped back and shot. It’s reasonable to think that the first ICE had disarmed the victim, ran off with the gun, yelled to the others that he had the gun, and then they jumped back to give the shooter ICE a clear shot. That would be an execution.
it’s an execution when the subject is subdued and they shoot him anyway.

Your views on both the End Times mentality change and the long slide of the U.S. seem entirely reasonable and cogent to me. Trump is catalyst for global realization that the world order has changed so much that it can’t be put back where it was, and End Times prophecy interpretation has given way to Satanic Panic metastasized into a conservative political paranoia exploited to justify authoritarianism in the name of Christ.

A picture showing the deceased’s alleged gun lying on the seat of a vehicle is already circulating on X. Apparently ICE operatives are posting to social media hot on the heels of their killing. Protection of evidence and the scene of a homicide is not high on their list of priorities. They are not accountable to even the degree that ordinary police would be, which isn’t always high itself; they are lawless.
In this country right now, it’s the state-sanctioned terrorists who are calling others terrorists to justify killing them in cold blood. This is where we are; this is the reality.
one would think that the second amendment guarantees the right to own and possess a firearm, but crickets coming from that portion of the room…
the unprofessionalism of ICE agents, the lack of training, the lack of accountability, the over-reach, and goon-style tactics are wrong and must be protested and resisted through our elected representatives. I have already contacted my GOP rep in Congress and demanded action be taken.

In addition, if you can do anything personally, however small you might think it, to help resist the darkness that has settled over our county, do it, even if there’s some element of risk involved, because without resistance, the dark will only get darker, and eventually there will be risk everywhere, even in your own home.
Michael–I hear you, but his numbers are sliding dramatically as he continues to cozy up to the administration and fails to do anything to benefit his constituents. He’s vulnerable in that he was never very popular and the district is slowly shifting towards the center…

His name was Alex Jeffrey Pretti. He was 37 years old, a registered nurse. May he RIP. May his family be consoled.
The monsters running our country are calling Alex Pretti a terrorist. Their lies stink to heaven; why would anybody believe a word they say. I can’t tell you the rage I feel about this execution, and about the fact that no honest investigation of the incident will be done in our lives, no, not if this DOJ takes control of it, which I presume they will.
One video is more damning than the last. They jumped him because he stepped in to help a woman observer who they were attacking, they beat him down to the ground, they stripped him of a gun, which he never took out or brandished or approached them with, and which reports say he had a permit to carry, and then they shot him to death, several of them filling him with bullets even after he stopped moving on the ground. It all escalated and happened in a matter of seconds. He’s another martyr in the good cause of loving your neighbor. I have no doubt, not a one, that God is this very moment saying to him, “Well done, my good and faithful servant…”

I don’t dispute that many of the ICE are incompetent and poorly trained, but the brutality we’re seeing is not the result of that. The brutality is the result of orders from the top of the government agencies, no doubt secret orders like the one that we learned about earlier in the week allowing ICE to enter homes without judicial warrants, and is part of a strategy to produce terror and nonresistance in the population of America.
Border Patrol monsters actually did this; no different from ICE monsters.
This also happened to the German people in the 1930(s).
