  1. Amazing! Can’t wait til I get off work to listen to it. I’ve been following PJ’s blog lately, and I must say, when it comes to teaching on grace, he is quickly becoming one of my heroes!

It’s a good program…let me know what you think. šŸ™‚

  3. Neo says:

At least you spelled my name right this time.

  4. Neo says:

That’s a kind thing to say, Kevin

  5. Michael says:

Where did I spell it wrong? I’ll fix it…

  6. Neo says:

Lol. Peter-Jon is my destiny. It was under the CBC fiasco.

  7. Michael says:

    Neo,

I almost “corrected” it again, but I went and checked Facebook…my apologies.

  8. Neo says:

My ego would be crushed but there is nothing left. šŸ˜‰

  9. Michael says:

    Fixed the other one too…

  10. Jackie says:

I’m glad you called him on that Michael. As the widow of a Journalism professor, I can say that plagiarism, intellectual theft, is reason for dismissal from any accredited university. Even the world knows it is dishonest — so then why does the church not see it? When Christians quote Scripture, we are giving chapter and verse that lets everyone know who penned those words and that they were God-breathed. When we say ‘I have a friend who , . .” and that is not true, that makes us liars. I’m trying to get my late husband’s PhD dissertation onto Amazon as a kindle book. The title is “BORROWED OR STOLEN? A STUDY OF PLAGIARISM IN RELIGION, WITH AN EMPHASIS ON CONTEMPORARY RELIGIOUS MEDIA.” This problem is pandemic in the church — his research lists many names you all know.

  11. Michael says:

    Thank you, Jackie!
Thank PJ for being willing to have the discussion…

  12. Francisco says:

    guys,
Good podcast and example on how to have a healthy discussion between brothers.

  13. Oh man! YOU officially being collaborated with by a CC pastor?!!!
And I so liked PJ! The powers that be will most certainly have to do a rendition on him, I sure will miss him.
    : )

  14. Neo says:

I am glad be yet another common cause to unite Alnor and Newnham. Kinda like Herod and Pilate. Wait, no….

  15. Lol Neo…you made my night.

  16. Neo says:

    Michael, you crashed my podcasts.

  17. Michael says:

    What happened?

  18. Neo says:

Well, it says on the podcasts there is too much traffic. It says that on all of them so I think it’s a combo of our readers.

  19. Neo says:

The Rogue Phoenix Preacher of Grace

  20. Michael says:

    It’s a good thing… šŸ™‚

  21. Neo says:

Maybe it’s a Rogue Valley thing.

  22. Michael says:

Not on my end…I have about 15 readers in the valley…all my traffic is outside Oregon for the most part.

  23. Jim says:

    Still down šŸ™‚

“This account’s public links are generating too much traffic and have been temporarily disabled!”

  24. Captain Kevin says:

This morning’s headline: Newnham and Courson Generate Traffic Jam!

Derek Thorton, I miss you here brother.

  26. neo says:

    Podcasts up and running…

  27. neo says:

    Kevin.

A bigger headline would be “Newnham appears on KAPL”

  28. neo says:

    In capital letters, of course.

  29. Michael says:

    Neo,

It is pretty amazing when I think about it… šŸ™‚

  30. neo says:

And I get some “amazing” feedback. šŸ™‚

  31. Jim says:

Since we now have a self employed mindset, I would have loved to hear PJ go beyond the “blogger” description. Michael, you need to develop an elevator speech, and provide it to those who invite you to share with their audience.

  32. Neo says:

I could get on board w that, jim

  33. covered says:

I finally had some time to sit and listen. It was a good discussion. PJ, I liked that you stood your ground and I can’t say enough about MN. I am guilty of repeating things I have heard taught with only acknowledging, “I heard a pastor say…” I will be more careful from now on. PJ didn’t back down and he handled the conversation with grace. Well done guys.

  34. Bill says:

little ole PJ couldn’t take the heat and took down his web page all ready. These people cannot stomach anything out of their little mental bubble. what a joke.

  35. Martin Luther's Disciple says:

Bill – why would you say that? Has Pete caused you any harm? Is he not free to come and go as he pleases with his blogs?
May I suggest the first few verses of Matthew 7 for your reading pleasure.
