What are the allegations against Clive Welsh?
Clive Welsh was a pastor at Costa Mesa in Santa Ana, California who allegedly sexually abused several children the late 1980s to the early 1990s while serving as a youth pastor at the Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa.

My perspective:
I personally know people who were directly affected by this evil.
The victims would be in their late 30’s or 40’s now…the wheels of justice grind slow,but they grind fine, indeed.
I also know for a fact that the leadership of Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa was aware that there were issues surrounding Welsh and did nothing for years.
When he was finally fired, the church was not told why and concerned parents were told to be quiet and submit to the pastors and Chuck.
Welsh went on to work at other Calvary Chapels, because, of course he did…he seems to have done an extensive stint in Belize.
If you were affected… if you were abused by this man…now is the time to come forward to protect others and in some way bring healing to yourself and others.

Clive Welsh currently resides in San Pedro Belize, living and managing an Airbnb on Barrier Reef Road. He operates a radio broadcast station called Lighthouse Christian Ministry and has filled the Airbnb with Christian books. I will report him to Airbnb.

I reported him to Airbnb and they have done nothing. He is still hosting families at LIghthouse Guesthouse in San Pedro, Belize.
Very interesting to read this about Clive. He got me expelled from Calvary chapel in 1990 for supposedly “drawing other kids away from the lord”. At the time I had just befriended a new student who was troubled that he was “counseling”. Seems I may have been getting too close to one of his victims. I wish I remembered her name.
