Choose Who You Are, Choose Who You Will Serve…

The media and the government are now demanding that we pick a side in the most evil binary choice presented in our lifetimes.

Allow many to die or destroy the economy and thus the country.

You must choose according to whether you are “conservative” or “liberal”.

Reject this false dichotomy.

Reject these labels.

I do not believe that those are the only two choices that God has allowed.

I will only identify and act as a Christian with Scripture, tradition, and reason as my guides.

I am not counting on politicians.

I am praying.

I’m praying that God will first protect all those on the front lines of this pandemic.

I am praying that God will swiftly inspire the discovery of therapeutics that will alleviate the symptoms of this plague and vaccinate us against it.

I am praying against any idea that God would have us sacrifice any for the many. The sacrifice for humanity has already been made…

I am praying that we reject artificially created choices that ignore the creative power of our God.

I’m praying that we will be known by our love.

I am praying that those who call on the name of Christ act in such a way that God blesses the entire nation through and because of their faithfulness.

We serve a God who is able to do exceedingly, abundantly more than we can ask or think…make your own application…
