Happy Anniversary…
Last Thursday about this time I was in an ambulance on my way to the hospital.
Last Friday I had lung surgery.
I’m home now and will be meeting with my personal doctor later today about follow up care from what’s happened and what life looks like going forward.
I was supposed to be meeting with the surgical team for follow up…but that ain’t gonna be happening in this lifetime.
There’s a lot to write about…some of it painful, some embarrassing and humiliating, some wonderful, some weird…all of it used by God to draw me closer to Him.
You’ll see some of that starting later today…
Thank you for the prayers and the lessons and the hopes and the hearts…because of them I am a very wealthy man where it counts.
Michael…I can’t believe it has been only / already a week. In some ways it seems that it has been far longer, in other ways seems like we were just getting the news you were in the ambulance.
I am sure that there are so many emotions going on with you and all of this. It is good to have your voice back here and we are eager to hear what you have learned. Continuing to pray…
