Memorial Day
It’s not just a day off; it’s a time to think about why we remember these heroes. For veterans, it’s a chance to honor those who are no longer here.
Use this day to show how grateful we are for their bravery, and as a promise that we’ll always remember their courage and sacrifice (Wounded Warrior Project)

Memorial Day is a reminder of the brave men and women who served our country and gave their lives for our freedom.
May they rest in God’s peace.
We have so many valiant people in my family that have fought in all domains since the Civil War except for the present war with Iran and Korea. I lost a nephew in Iraq in 2007. I truly appreciate their desire to defend the United States and what I hope we stand for.
My dad flew a B-17 in the air war over Germany (1944).
He and one of the waist gunners were the only two out of the original 10-man crew who survived all 25 missions.
