I’m 60 today…as they say, if I knew I was going to get this far I would have taken better care of myself…but it’s good to still be here. 🙂

My mother used to say when she thot i was over extending myself, “Em, you must save yourself!” I guess that is what she meant. But I would always respond, “for what?”
Now i have a daughter telling me that i need more exercise … LOL
