Lavished my bride with some new cushions for our patio furniture, am now replacing 38 long worn knobs in the kitchen, am then headed out to shop for the BBQ feast I will be hosting for her, my daughters, son-in-law and “adopted” grandson (my bride is “Nana” to the little guy).

You never give a woman a refrigerator or chairs or anything else along those lines as a gift. Those are things of the household. A woman wants a romantic gift, such as a trip to a luxury hotel in La Quinta for a weekend. Something truly special for her.
Learned that from “Enjoying Marriage” in the 70’s.
You know when I helped my mom get a washer dryer and “new” used fridge she was very grateful for mothers day. I wont go into what I was told concerning my helping my earthy family at the expense of the “heavenly” family that gutted me when I needed them. As always I will place my hope with the mud people, of which I am a proud member.

You give your woman what you know she will absolutely appreciate, and that is based on making it your life’s goal to know her better than you know yourself.
I’ve been married to her for 34 years and we learned very early in our marriage that the majority of the tripe written and pushed in church is formulaic malarkey.
G I have come to learn that there is a special place in hell for us who think like that,I never quite got that, but it was so prevalent that it echoed in every single cell of our being. God wants robots, who respond to stimulus just like a spiritual pavlovian dog. Obey, you will be assimilated, I thank God you took another road. I have tried to take the same trail but I miss the “security” of knowing I have all the answers. Lacking that spiritual gift I understand I can be wrong, and often am. But we will admit it has created a very powerful revenue stream thus it is a holy sacrament in the modern American religion. In fact some have made major bank in this niche market and that is always, and I do mean always a good thing, always. Making bank is always good, always holy always. I get that, always. I could repeat, always I e all the time always in every single aspect always all the time……… I think folks get my point. It really does sell and that is always good, ALWAYS. I dont believe that but I am a heretic, I get that as well. Actually I dont but I do. No I dont, not at all, forgive me but I dont. Why do we support stupid things? Why do we think women need to be at home when in history they were not, that is asinine, back in the bad old days everyone worked the man, the women the kids, the cat the dog …etc. Why the heck do we want to go back to that vile time? Women who can lead should lead, women who cant should cant should not. I mean that is real simple.
I could go on trust me I could offered for what it is worth.

I believe hell is choosing to reject the joyous individual engagement with God and our fellow humans. Why is it that I don’t think you have that problem? 😉
G I believe that God created hell with me in mind, personally, all the torments for me personally I crossed the line and I have it coming. I was emotional, God hates that and that is clear is scripture and from the hyper reform folks I am going to hell on steroids. As pathetic as it is, and it is totally and utterly pathetic, I hope for reconciliation, that alone should condemn my eternal soul to hell. I get that, I dont but I do. I dont hate God I really dont, but I am reminded that I do, I loath God, from the womb of my mother I was created to hate God and to lead His true followers into confusion.
There was a time I had hope in the Christian religion I have repented of that for the most part, there is no hope for most of us and we have it coming. We reject God IE Romans One. This includes the scientific conspiracy of scientists in say literally dozens of disciplines that suppress the truth of God on these rather refined areas. Of course that is STUPID. It really is. How do people live in such duplicity? I cant seem to get that. I could go on but I have found that such discussion seem to denigrate to how many angels dance on the head of a pin.
A simple answer Hell is actually needing joy, that is true hell and God will punish such emotionalism most severely A child of God should not ever, need, anything ever and twice on Sunday. No good news here, never has been and never will be, I always found that rather strange.

Spent the half the day at the Memphis Zoo with my wife.

Then we went to my step-daughter’s house and she cooked out and the family had a good time!
The only down side to the whole day was the massive amount of ticks I ended up pulling off me at various points today. 15 altogether.
