“Give us nerve to be your people in unsettledness.”

    Heavenly Father,

Stir up in us a boldness mixed with serious eagerness to approach your throne delightfully, fearfully expectantly …
Give us understanding to realize the best place is to meet directly with you in conversation, companionship, to pour forth our cares and concerns

Fill us, so that in turn we can encourage others, so that we may bless others; to bear much fruit and fruit that remains

Lord- thank you for promises and provisions which settle us, sustain and nurture us.

    Lord bless this place.,
Fill it with awestruck wonder of the manifold gifts you place within your children… In prayer., encouragement., spirit filled conversation both calm and robust

May this be a day where all who read here are challenged anew and afresh to walk ever circumspectly, ever closer to you, with authenticity and integrity ~ delighting in your majesty

    Asking for urgent prayer.,

Several months back a family member was diagnosed with skin cancer and sent to a dermatologist.

The dermatologist removed the growth., yet weeks later the incision has not fact it’s split open and oozing . ( The dermatologist claiming the stiches pulled- and left them in). Now Medical/ cancer specialists have been brought in,

however the consultation/ surgery is scheduled several weeks out and in the meantime the incision opening is getting exponentially larger – now almost the size of a small grape…

Any prayers for healing – wisdom and more prompt medical attention are immeasurably appreciated!

    For what it is worth:
I was told by an acquaintances that her husband had a cancer tumor in his brain. I shared with her a story I had read on the net.

There was a family of women who all got breast cancer except for one of the women.

An Italian cancer specialist examined the woman and enquirer about her diet. He concluded that her morning breakfast was the answer as to why she did not get breast cancer even though she was genetically predisposed.

She liked the flavor of real maple syrup mixed with baking powder.

Apparently cancer cells stop taking in oxygen and feed on sucrose. The altered maple syrup is sugar mixed with an alkaline.

The perfect Trojan horse. The cancer cells take in the sugar and the high alkalinity kills them.

So my friend started feeding this to her husband. His cancer diminished and he was healed.

There was a young girl who had stomach cancer that was spreading. She had read that apricot pits could help. She found some from a site called our fathers farm.

She ate them three times a day. Within six weeks she went back to her doctors and he could find no cancer.

My dog had developed a rare form of cancer in his chest. He had an oozing sore. The cancer was spreading.

I made a solution of organic maple syrup, baking soda and DMSO. I rubbed this on the sore and surrounding surface near the sore twice daily. Three weeks later my dogs vet gets perplexed. His test only show dead cancer cells.

The DMSO takes anything with it into the skin deeply. The sucrose with the high alkalinity got to the cancer cells and killed them.

I have no idea if all of this helped by placebo or organically or if it was prayer alone. The point is there were cancers prevented and cured somehow.

These are legit stories that really happened.

Just learned this weekend that he was diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease).

I’m staying off for the weekend.

  29. It has been so long since I’ve checked in here at the PhxP. Life…

Praying with and for all the above.

New developments in the ever-deteriorating tent that is my body. I’ve been diagnosed with cervical spinal stenosis (narrowing of the upper spinal column), which causes pain in my neck and shoulders as well as down into my hands. This is further complicated by newly discovered bone spurs in my hands, and what appears to be a separating of my left wrist and hand. I should be going in for an MRI on that hand sometime in the next week. I’m wearing braces and taking some pretty strong meds, but the relief is minimal. My pain specialist says that pain sensations I feel are probably heightened by the fibromyalgia.

On the brighter side, I’ve been receiving injections of Orthovisc in my knee joints, and it is helping. Honestly, it’s one of the few treatments of any kind that my body actually responds to. Very thankful for that.

On a completely different note, the new board of elders for our church will be presented to the congregation, prayed over and anointed with oil. I’m excited to say that I am one of those elders. I’ve been asked to teach one midweek and one Sunday during June. Our lead pastor won’t even be out of town on those days. He just wanted to give me the opportunity. He even gave me choice to continue in the book of the Bible he has been teaching through or choose my own passage/topic. When I mentioned that I thought it unusual to let someone else teach his series, he said, “Well, I don’t want this thing to be a one-man show.” I think we found us a good one!
