This essay is SO worth a read. Whiteness cannot save us. “Whiteness cannot give us what we need, and this is not a disappointment. This is a testimony.”

The biblical/church imagery in this essay about George Floyd, Parenthood, Church, career just took my breath away.

    OTF,

We no longer live in the nation we were born in. Our nation is shrinking the right of free speech. It is shrinking the right of free religion. It is shrinking the right of free assembly.

    It is shrinking fast.

    I need a new zone.
