Is Trump Anointed To Start Armageddon? (Correction)
My esteemed comrade Warren Throckmorton has called the initial report into question.

Donald Trump was “anointed by Jesus to light the signal fire in Iran to cause Armageddon and mark his return to Earth,” according to a complaint by a non-commissioned officer.
From Saturday morning through Monday night, more than 110 similar complaints about commanders in every branch of the military had been logged by the Military Religious Freedom Foundation (MRFF).”

This is someone who is (and has always been) a bad businessman, a liar, a felon, and a predator who is still desperate to cover up any and all evidence of his actions. Despite the onslaught of misinformation and misdirection, people are slowly beginning to figure out this freaking guy is not the thing.
He’s just the latest in a horribly long line of would-be emperors, all of which have fallen, just as he will either through accountability or death.
This is a well-worn page in the enemy’s playbook which he will go to again when all use has drained out of his latest plaything.
I am not surprised because a certain branch of our faith that rhymes with Assemblies of God has been beating war drums non-stop (see Charisma News, Sean Feucht, etc) for a long time, venerating Trump and Baron Trump, blathering on about UFO’s, Jezebel spirts, dragons, etc. Every American needs to be alarmed at this.
What we have here is the dawning of a national cult that will make the People’s Temple look like cub scouts if it’s allowed to metastasize even more than it already has, and it looks like that’s exactly what’s going to be allowed and even encouraged to happen by the current leadership of the country

That Falangist Hegseth has fostered a culture in the military that has encouraged the fundamentalist apocalyptist fanatics that were already there to show their true colors and be brazen about it. This is a very dangerous thing, as dangerous as the culture of religious extremism that culminated in the Iranian Revolution in the 70s.
Trump is Teflon to any anointing and God isn’t stupid.
Trump is about as anointed as my @$$.

I think, the word you’re looking for is “greasy”, not “anointed”. Easy to confuse, since, according to https://www.etymonline.com/search?q=anoint , the definition of “anointed” is
Anointed (adj.): late 14c., “smeared with oil,” past-participle adjective from anoint (v.).
The big asks of the New Testament are:
Love God with all your heart.
Love your neighbor as you do yourself.
Feed the hungry, clothe the naked, and comfort the prisoner.
Whatever you do for the least among you, you do for God.
None of this is compatible with a political movement centered around a strongman who promises — literally — to persecute the vermin poisoning the blood of the nation.

I know this won’t be posted. That’s ok, no problem. I wanted to comment on how for this bogus Armageddon hoax has gone. After church this morning ( special Lenten service) they were talking about it- horrified, of course. Thanks to your correction I was able to debunk it, to everyone’s relief. Thanks for posting the corrective link.
