i’ve recently concluded that what has changed is not the politics, but the wisdom … folk who can remember, or think they can, are not wrong in saying, “we used to be a Christian nation.”

those who held the power (not so long ago) realized that Christians made good productive citizens – yes, we did – and thus it made sense to give at least lip service honor to the standards of the Faith – to respect and encourage the hoi polloi in it’s practice. what has changed is not that we are no longer “Christian,” rather it is that the Faith is no longer seen as a benchmark for good citizenship
    at least that’s what i think…

and to give credence to computer voting, or even tabulating, is silly – there is sound thinking behind the requirement of a paper trail IMNSHO

That article on how to hack a election is great. The fact that this man is convinced the same kind of tricks is being done here is quite telling. Makes you wonder what is fake and what is actually true. I suspect the real truth is very different than what you see reported on the Internet. That is especially true of all of the negative campaigning “news.”

Better to forget gifting your money to GFA and, instead, give it to The Connection. For instance, this past February, your $40 donation would have returned to you a photograph taken by Skip of Jesus’s tomb…and best of all it was Autographed by him. So one can easily see that there are far needier ministries to contribute to than GFA. Just keep your eyes open.
