  1. em ... again says:

i take great comfort in an unchanging God – thank You, Lord for the goodness and mercy

i spoke with my nurse daughter regarding the host of this blog and what i know of the medical situation – how hopeless it sounds and she said, “don’t be so sure that it is hopeless, there’s a strong chance that what you’re describing is treatable to a full recovery”
just the words i needed to hear to continue praying for just that outcome… why is it easier to believe science than miracles when i talk to God? forgive me, Lord

  3. John 20:29 says:

reviewing again the list, dusty, lifting these dear souls to the throne of God – Father, Son and Holy Spirit thank You for hearing us and for Your love to us – thank you, dusty, for the privilege

  4. John 20:29 says:

may i request prayer for a neighbor? if one reading here feels led to do so?
it may seem a bit strange to request a prayer for an aggressive Christian hater, but sometimes those who make the most noise are the most in need of the Holy Spirit’s ministry

  5. Bob Sweat says:

Please keep me in prayer. As many of you know, I have had a desire to return to pastoral ministry for years. I have struggled with feelings of being disqualified because of my past sin, which caused me to turn down previous opportunities. Today, I have agreed to an interview with a church in Washington. I have told friends that my hearts desire is to finish whatever time I have, teaching and loving a small church, and now that opportunity has presented itself, and I am apptehensive and even fearful of such a distant move. Please pray with me that every step and decision will be God’s will.

  6. Michael says:

We’re with you and for you…and so is Jesus.
    Go boldly.

  7. Michael says:

    John 20:28,

Will pray…some God haters become fervent God lovers…

  8. John 20:29 says:

amen to #6… ” Please pray with me that every step and decision will be God’s will.” will be praying here, too
Washington state? we desperately need strong teachers… but then, so does the other Washington

thank you, Michael… i’ll wait to catch her in a rational moment to ask her about her fear and hatred of us Christians… she is an educated woman working in the legal profession and a good neighbor… she brought up the subject, btw, but was in no state of mind to converse on it

  9. dusty says:

    Praying with you john 20:29

  10. dusty says:

    Praying for you Bob

  11. Linnea says:

Praying for your neighbor, John 20:29…agree that those most opposed to the Lord, become the most fervent.

Bob, praying for your interview and that the Lord leads you. I’m pretty confident He wouldn’t give you the desire without a way to fulfill it 🙂

  12. John 20:29 says:

thank you for lifting this woman up to the throne, Michael, dusty and Linnea… i’ll for sure let you know if there’s reason to praise and rejoice (with the angels) – it would be nice to place her name in the win column … 🙂
