Sources say Christianity Today will have an article out soon.

I wonder if they will thank bloggers for leading the way….

  2. filbertz says:

Michael, I wouldn’t expect CT to acknowledge bloggers. On the other hand I would expect the so-called leadership/board of GFA to accurately, intelligently, and completely answer all charges of those they supposedly supervise…or resign immediately.

  3. Michael says:

    Fil…I’ll take that. 🙂

  4. filbertz says:

If board members are selected simply as figure-heads or add credibility to an organization, they should flee the scene like a burning building. If they are providing actual leadership, they should be able to ‘give every man an answer.’

  5. Donn says:

I hope that the fact that those on the board have not yet removed themselves is that they need the time to talk to their own churches about it first (at least the pastors). Their own churches leadership should be told first, then the church as a whole, and then the public, such as it were. But I still agree that it should happen, and hopefully soon.

To fil’s point…IF the board members are figure heads or for window dressing, this may be a cautionary tale as I would not be shocked to see a class action lawsuit if this thing continues to reveal more and more. And they are on the hook, even if they flee tonight. Tough turkey.

No pastor..or for that matter Christian, should EVER be a figure head for another. If asked to serve, you serve “as unto the Lord” – rubber stamp boards, at the local church or the mega parachurch ministry level are an abomination.

Meanwhile, as those of you friends with me on facebook saw, our fellow servant supported by CCLE, serving the leper and orphan has had a door opened to speak with one of the more powerful political figures in the nation of India. Details must be kept anonymous.

Of course he actually lives in India, and thus faces the same persecution and threats of his fellow brothers and sisters, shoulder to shoulder….

“Why have we not heard from the evangelical celebrities on the GFA board?”

Oh gosh, we know one of them is as slippery as an eel…this is not his first subterfuge as this particular blog has reported on in the past.

    Interesting indeed.

Thanks for the info Steve. Men with hearts for God should not be abandoned because of the corruption of those within their supply line.

Christians do their best to give where it will flow to men like that man in India.

Unfortunately those slippery eels do siphon off some of the take in very creative ways.

But thank God they have been found out and the light is starting to shine brightly in their shady corners as it were.

  8. GFA LIES says:

The BIG question is… will CC come clean and confess they made a mistake by marrying into the GFA family and promoting KP’s cultish empire without due diligence for so long?

Will the sheep be warned by CC Top Guns of GFA’s foul play or will they dance and Skip (Heitzig) the CC two step, continuing to pretend all is well at CC Fantasy Land in order to dodge yet another scandal to save their already dwindling a$$ets?

Enquiry minds want to know… Skip, Gayle, Damien, BRIAN??? (Titanic orchestra plays in background as GFA’s ship starts to sink)

  9. Josh the Beloved says:

Im sure as soon as Christianity Today releases there expose. It wont take long before the donations to ECFA go to a dribble. But one thing is for certain, KP will be living like a billionaire in India with 42 million US dollars sitting in an Indian bank account. If the rumor is true about east indians. Don’t expect Skip and Erwin to get any of the lions share of the 42million $ booty.

Meanwhile in my mail this morning under the title “The Devil Hates This Book”
