brian – Not really asking for prayer just a thought. I will be getting some injections because of a back injury and will be talking with a surgeon concerning a disc fusion. My main prayer use this to help me be a better teacher and Christian, thanks.

Captain Kevin – Please pray for me and my first mate. We have really been slammed by this flu that’s going around. Every time it seems like we’re starting to get better, we get knocked on our butts again. This has been going on for about a month now. I’m on Christmas break from school, and I’ve already spent half of it in bed. There are expectations of things I need to have done when I get back to work, and so far I’ve done none of it. Also, I’m scheduled to lead worship next Sunday, the 7th. I definitely know it’s not all about me, but I think the sound of copious amounts of gurgling snot coming through house speakers could be a bit of a distraction.

Captain Kevin – Asking prayer for a new pain issue. Something is going on with my jaw. Have seen 2 doctors. Dentist will need to be next. Possibilities include dislocated jaw, muscle cramps, and root infection in teeth. Hurts to chew, swallow and yawn.

JD – Marshal whose mother told him that she doesn’t love him

John 20:29- my cousin in barring a miracle he’s entering the final stages of his cancer… prayers have been appreciated and heard. .. They’ve brought him some good months. Jerry married his high school sweetheart and prayer for her and their 3 children (adults with families) would be so welcome now. They’ve been a close couple and now, even tho she is a Believer, she will face growing old without her life partner…

JoelG -remember my family in prayer as I begin the difficult road of filing for custody of my 2 younger teenagers. I found hundreds of explicit photos of my youngest daughter that I’m sure have been shared. My ex wife is clearly not as concerned as she should be as she is a Narcissist. This will cause strained relationships with kids and ex but I have no choice as I want to prevent whatever my youngest would do next with herself.
If you have teenagers please be aware of what’s out there. I am shocked and appalled.
-My ex, daughter and I met to talk, discipline and love on our daughter. We’re all in the same page moving forward and she will be getting counseling.

John 20:29 – i have a son dealing with a gorgeous 16 year old daughter who is trying to come to terms with womanhood and who is in the custody of her bi-polar mother, so i have some inkling of what you’re dealing with

New Victor – A friend at work lost his eldest son over the weekend in a head-on collision

Linnea – another friend, whose adopted son committed suicide a month ago, has asked for prayer for two other of his adopted siblings: Jon and Sarah. Please pray that they would know God’s love and would follow Him out of horrible lifestyles to freedom.

Linnea- John’s wife who is recovering from lung cancer surgery

Dan from GA- Sad note: wife and I had to say goodbye, for now, to our dearly loved and loveable and insanely cute dog Sophie a few days ago. She was 15yrs old and getting ill alot. I know today that somewhere someone far greater than wife and I is caring for her needs.

filbertz – the week from hell continues: one of my freshman students killed himself this morning. Devastated.

filbertz – One of my students was evidently struck by a car at her bus stop this morning and died. Our school is shocked and grieving deeply. Prayers for her family–she was an only child and was thirteen years old

London- my mom who is two years out from surgery for pancreatic cancer and a week
and a half out from back surgery for three fractures in her spine.
Caretaking is hard work at times and it seems that I lose track of time pretty easily

the new Victor – pray for God’s protection and mercy upon my children, who’ve been through a lot, including witnessing domestic violence in the other home, and that I am strong and engaged enough to lead them so they don’t turn out like the sons of Eli. Yes, I always go worst case. I thank and praise God for that which I have been given to steward, especially my lambs.

Bob Sweat – we are asking God to open a door to a small church somewhere in the US who want a pastor to love them and faithfully teach the Word. I have recently applied to churches in Idaho and Montana.

prodinov –son, 5 having nightmares, I am still processing these dark attacks since they are unlike anything I have experienced. Prayers guys…it is unfair for a 5 yr old to be attacked….

the new Victor- genetic condition where I have no sweat glands. Hot weather is uncomfortable at best and potentially deadly at worst

David H – Aunt Ramona.was recently diagnosed with Adenocarcinoma primary lung cancer.

Victor- chronic back pain

Captain Kevin – really struggling with pain, fatigue, and vertigo right now. fibromyalgia, depression, school load and difficult students

Scooter Jones- son is not doing well

Lurkie Loo -I have a dear friend with inoperable Stage 4 glioblastoma (brain cancer). She is 44.
